Full job description
The candidate chosen is responsible for:
- Preparing dough of pies and bread
- Making of batters
- Ensuring the quality of products meets the required standard
- Preparing batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes
- Supervising baking personnel and kitchen staff
- Operating of baking machines
- Preparing batters for frosting and icing
- Maintaining and organizing inventory
- Overseeing sales and merchandising of baked goods
