Full job description
The candidate chosen is responsible for:
- Posting journal entries
- Calculating and preparing payroll checks
- Reconciling accounting system entries
- Organizing and keeping inventory
- Balancing accounts using both manual and computerized Bookkeeping systems
- Preparing income tax returns
- Balancing and completing cash reports and other forms
- Handling payroll in a timely manner
- Creating reports and financial system
- Keeping track of credits and debits
- Evaluating and summarizing account information
- Filing documents and maintaining historical records
