Full job description:
The candidate chosen is responsible for:
- Preparing labor cost estimates
- Analyzing maps, survey reports, and long-range plans
- Creating project drawings with software
- Maintaining and managing the repair of infrastructure project
- Forecasting construction timeline and design
- Submitting permit applications to all the appropriate agencies
- Deliver reports on project status
- Team up with architect and contractors to ensure the project is carried out successfully
