Full job description
The chosen candidate would be responsible for:
- Removing bones from meat
- Slaughtering of animals according to religious law
- Removing inedible parts from the carcass
- Removing blemishes and fat from meat portions
- Receive and fulfill customer’s order
- Label meat products accurately
- Managing inventory and sales record
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area and sterilization of equipment
- Strictly adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Storing of poultry and animal produce in freezer or refrigerator
- Ensure that sanitation standards are prioritized and prevent meat contamination

The chosen candidate would be required to:
- Have knowledge of cutting, processing, and packaging equipment
- Should have the capacity of acting on their initiative
- Must be customer-oriented
- Must possess good values and ethics
- Must be accountable
- Should understand the preparation methods of meat and cutting of meat
- Must have good written and oral communication
- Must pay good attention to details
- Must be of good conduct
- Should be able to handle tools properly
Experience required
- The candidate chosen is required to have a minimum of high school degree
- 1-2years experience in a related role

Salary
- The chosen candidate would earn $19.00 per hour while working for 40hrs per week
