TEQTRONIX INTERNATIONAL INC is hiring an Operations Director- Administrative Services to carry out the activities and responsibilities listed in the job description. The candidate chosen is responsible for:

  • Controlling budgets for client contracts or projects
  • Plan and control budget for company equipment
  • Hiring and training of staff
  • Prepare reports or management committees
  • Recording minutes for seminars and conferences
  • Updating database regularly
  • Overseeing upkeep of office equipment
  • Providing general support to visitors
  • Maintaining office policies and procedures
  • Assisting other administrative team members
