Full job description
The candidate chosen is responsible for:
- Arranging staff training
- Resolving customer complaints
- Assigning of sales workers to their duties
- Preparing reports on sales and merchandising
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- Supervising retail salesperson and sales clerk
- Supervising and coordinating activities of workers
- Arrange for training of workers
- Resolving supply shortages
