Full job description
The candidate chosen is responsible for:
- Cooking and preparation of food
- Managing and inspecting kitchen operations
- Cleaning kitchen and work areas
- Planning menus
- Managing and estimating costs
- Supervising kitchen staff
- Maintaining inventory records of food supplies and equipment
- Preparing individual dishes
- Ordering and monitoring supplies
- Preparing food for customers with food allergies

The candidate chosen is required to:

- Have excellent hand-eye coordination
- Must have the ability to adapt to changes
- Should be dependable and authentic
- Must be customer-oriented

Experience required
- The candidate chosen would have a minimum of High school certificate
- 1-2 years experience working in a related role/industry
