Full job description
The candidate chosen is responsible for:
- Ensuring quality control and food service
- Maintaining sales and wastage records
- Establishing work schedules
- Supervising assembly of trays
- Maintaining stocks and repair record
- Ordering food ingredients and supplies
- Training workers in sanitation and safety procedures
- Preparing budgets and cost estimates
