Border City Building Maintenance Ltd is hiring an Administrative assistant to carry out the activities and responsibilities listed in the job description. Full job description

The candidate chosen is responsible for:

  • Scheduling and confirming the appointment
  • Responding to electronic inquiries
  • Gathering statistics and other information
  • Directing people to contacts or service area
  • Implementing office routines and procedure
  • Coordinating conferences and other events
  • Recording minutes for seminars and conferences
  • Updating database regularly
  • Overseeing upkeep of office equipment
  • Providing general support to visitors
  • Maintaining office policies and procedures
  • Assisting other administrative team members
