The candidate chosen is responsible for:

  • Coordinating and overseeing administrative procedures
  • Establishing work priorities
  • Maintaining budgetary controls and inventory
  • Assembling data for reports
  • Carrying out administrative activities
  • Administering policies and procedures
  • Ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Delegate work to staff
  • Preparing correspondence and manual
  • Supervising other staffs
