Full job description
The candidate chosen is responsible for:
- Establishing work priorities
- Implementing new administrative procedures
- Coordinating office services
- Maintaining budgetary controls
- Preparation of budget
- Evaluating administrative procedures
- Delegating projects to office support staff
- Processing information following government access to information
- Supervising other workers
Ideal job requirement
The candidate chosen is required to:
- know about operating Ms. Office application
- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Should have knowledge of Business equipment
- Must be able to meet up with tight deadlines
- Must have great interpersonal and judgemental skills
- Should arrive early to work
- Should be authentic and reliable
- Should be organized and flexible
- Must be able to pay good attention to details
- Must be a good team player
Experience required
- The candidate chosen is required to have a minimum of High school certificate
- 2-3years of experience in related field/industry
